the room i stayed in was quite small , it felt cramped with luggage. the air conditioning did not seem to work properly , and the room became uncomfortably warm. i also noticed the wifi signal was very weak in my room .

The hotel's location is AMAZING, close to public transport and within walking distance of many shops! The staff were very polite and helpful. Sue, in particular, was so kind. The hotel looked new and was clean, and I was happy a staff member spoke Vietnamese. It was really helpful!

I encountered a slow shower drainage in the bathroom. It caused water to pool during showering. The shower tiles do not seem sloped properly toward the drain.

the location proved excellent for accessing attractions. using the bus and metro to reach various destinations was easy and convenient. i booked a spacious triple room with separate bath and toilet facilities. washing machines and dryers worked perfectly. they were very clean, too.

the air conditioning did not seem effective enough. it struggled to keep the room cool, especially during the day.

the location was great. it was convenient to get around and lots of places were close by to eat. the staff were friendly. i appreciated the clean, decent sized room.

during my stay, i noticed that the bathroom facilities need attention. the shower drainage is slow, and when showering, water tends to pool on the floor causing soapy water to rise around your feet. upon checking, it seems the shower tiles are not properly sloped toward the drain.
